Zumba & STRONG by Zumba
Zumba and STRONG by Zumba are two programs that involve all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, in a rhythmic atmosphere. Instructor Ana Vozella leads classes at Downtown Sports in April and May.
Class Schedule
- Six classes
- Thursdays — April 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31
- 09:00-10:00am: STRONG by Zumba, $120
- 10:20-11:20am: Zumba, $120
- STRONG by Zumba participants must supply their own yoga mat
