Description: Level 2 clinics are designed for players with strong ball control and skill development. Players will continue to develop their skills while working on court coverage, basic position training, and more nuanced gameplay.

Priority will be given to Franklin residents.

YBA Spring Basketball Training and Games Grades 1-5

Our spring basketball training and games focus on providing your child with multiple opportunities to increase confidence in Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting. 

All players will have access to their own ball, we will utilize the space of the gym and the 17 available hoops to accelerate learning.

Players will be instructed on the correct technical form for each and then apply these skills in fun drills.

Finally, during the last fifteen minutes of each session, players will compete in small-sided games where they will be able to showcase what they learned in a team setting.

Games will be played on modified full courts to ensure more touches on the ball and a more active role with teammates.

Acknowledging that families will be on vacation occasionally, our teams will be re-created each week with the goal of parity of play.

Parents who can coach/officiate in our league will be given partial to full tuition reimbursement pending the amount of weeks they can attend.
