YBA Training and Games Boys and Girls, Grades (1 and 2) 12 Weeks Nov 28th - Mar 2nd 

This program allows players to accelerate their basketball IQ through a dedicated training and game day. Our Games on Saturday are always at the same time to provide more predictability for families. 

Training- Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 pm

Games- Saturday 8:00-9:00 am

Rim Height - 8 Feet

Cost: $195 - Includes training-game pinnie and shorts.

This program allows players to accelerate their basketball IQ by improving the fundamental skills of the game. Players will be given dedicated time for dribbling, shooting, and the focus area of the week. During the final part of training, players will compete in small-sided games to provide opportunities to apply what they have learned. 

Training- Tuesdays 6:15-7:15 pm

Rim Height - 10 Feet

Cost: $120

Franklin Volleyball Club Junior Girls

FVC Juniors is an introductory volleyball course for Girls currently in Grades 3 and 4. During the training, players will discover the excitement of volleyball by learning proper techniques in a modified setting that will promote success.  

Wednesdays 4:15-5:15

4 Sessions 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 and 12/20

Tuition  -$65

Grade 3 & 4 Volleyball Juniors

Volleyball Juniors is an introductory volleyball course for Girls in Grades 3 and 4. During the training, players will discover the excitement of volleyball by learning proper techniques in a modified setting that will promote success.  

Priority will be given to Franklin residents.  

Wednesdays 4:15-5:15

6 Sessions 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7

Tuition  -$95

Beginner Volleyball (Grades 5-6)

Day and Time: Wednesday - 5:30-6:45pm

Duration: 6 weeks 1/3,10,17,24,31 2/7  

Tuition: $125.00

Description: Come learn the sport of volleyball!  Clinic sessions cover skills, drills and game play in a fun and enjoyable learning environment. Participants will learn the basics of serving, passing, setting, and hitting at grade appropriate levels.

Priority will be given to Franklin residents.

Beginner Volleyball (Grades 7-8)

Day and Time: Wednesday - 5:30-6:45 pm

Description: Intermediate clinics are designed for players with 12+ hours of previous volleyball training / experience (please share these details on the registration form). Players will continue to develop their skills while working on court coverage, basic position training, and more nuanced game play.

Priority will be given to Franklin residents.

Strong Muscles are capable of creating the best agility. Players must be able to utilize the correct form to gain the most power for movements.

Coach: Becky Pollinger- CPT- NASM certified personal trainer - Youth Exercise Specialist

The six weeks will provide a progression of exercises and activities, both forward and multi-directional movements, focused on developing the three areas of agility:

• Weeks 1-2- eccentric movements, learning to absorb forces
• Weeks 3-4- isometric pause/hold muscle contractions
• Weeks 5-6- concentric movements focusing on using force, making the body move fast.

-Each session will contain a dynamic warmup, core activities and exercises, a game to incorporate the movements utilized in the session and a cool down.   

Players should be sure to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Also, bring a marked water bottle.
