For Players born in  2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 (Exceptions-contact FSS)

Monday-Thursday, August 14-17, 8:30am-3pm -Cost of program-$250

NOTE: This is an "advanced" session. In order to keep the level high, "Non-FSC* players" must complete this form to "apply".

If approved, applicants will be contacted to register after review of this application.

 *FSC (Franklin Soccer Club) players are "Pre-Approved" and DO NOT need to apply here. (simply contact us to apply )
